I’ve done an article for StrikeEngine. It’s an exhaust calculator, you enter the power of your engine and it spits out an exhaust diameter.
A key point with the calculator is to note the exhaust speed it gives. If the exhaust speed is exceeded for the recommend diameter, go to the 20% larger size.
