The electric pump is cheaper than the vacuum pump but the vacuum pump has some key benefits which I think more than outweigh the cost
- Faster. I’d say the vacuum pump is around twice as fast as the electric pump
- Easier. The vacuum oil suction pump is easier to set up because you don’t need to connect it to the car’s battery and the vacuum pump stores the oil in the pump itself making it a cleaner job.
